Filters
- Period: 7d, 30d, quarter, year, custom.
- Club, discipline, coach, plan, tag.
Use case — detect churn before it happens
A member skipping several classes in a row is a strong disengagement signal.
- Filter Drop-offs (>3 absences / 4 weeks).
- Generated list: export to CSV or use Targeted email.
- Send a personal message: "Haven't seen you in a few sessions, everything OK?"
- Measured effect: just reaching out reduces churn meaningfully.
Use case — decide to open a new slot
Your Wednesday 7pm adult class is at 95% capacity. You're considering a Tuesday 7pm.
- Stats by day: confirm Wednesday is saturated over the last 8 weeks.
- Stats by member: how many are only on Wednesday (can't make another day)?
- If many, Tuesday picks up either newcomers or transfers.
- Quick poll via Communication to Wednesday's regulars.
Use case — underused coach
A coach averages only 4 members per session.
- Filter by coach.
- Compare with the others.
- Decide: promote his slots, move him to a different day, rethink the offering.
Raw data
Export every attendance entry over a period to CSV for external analysis (Excel, Looker Studio, etc.). Format: one row per (member, session) pair.
