Team and roles: invite your administrators
Give co-administrators access to your organization's admin panel.
Available roles
Kimono defines three roles within an organization:

| Owner | 3 | Everything: edit organization, delete it, manage administrators, create/cancel invitations |
| Admin | 2 | Edit organization, invite and revoke administrators, create/cancel invitations |
| Member | 1 | No access to admin panel (role used for the member panel) |
Owner is unique per organization and cannot be reassigned from this page.
Coaches and on-the-ground staff not managed here: Team page only grants access to the admin panel. For club members, see Members section.
Access the page
Panel Admin → Organization → Team.
Only Owner and Admins see this page.
Invite an administrator
- Click Invite an administrator.
- Enter recipient email and confirm the Admin role.
- Invitation sent by email, expires after 7 days.
- Recipient creates an account (or signs in if already registered) then accepts the invitation.
- Once accepted, their membership is created with the Admin role.
Only Owner and Admins can invite, resend, or cancel invitations.
Manage pending invitations
Pending invitations section lists emails not yet accepted. For each, three actions:
- Copy link — copies the acceptance URL to the clipboard (useful if email fails).
- Resend email — re-sends the invitation email and pushes expiration back 7 days.
- Cancel invitation — deletes the invitation, link stops working.
Edit or remove an administrator
In the Administrators list, each row (except Owner) exposes two actions:
- Edit — currently, only the Admin role is assignable.
- Delete — removes the membership. User immediately loses access to admin panel. Personal account and data they created stay intact.
Owner cannot be edited or deleted from this page.
