Public trial-class page

Kimono gives every club a public trial sign-up page. Share the URL, the prospect picks a slot, they're booked.

Public URL

Each club has a page accessible at:

https://join-kimono.com/{org-slug}/{club-slug}/trial

Also linked at the bottom of your organization homepage, on every transactional email and shareable on social.

Configure trial slots

Admin panel → Trial classes → Trial slots.

For each slot:

• Club + discipline + time.
• Trial capacity (separate from the regular class capacity).
• Open / closed to the public.
• Age range (e.g. 6–10).
• Validity window (e.g. 2026-2027 season).

A slot can be publicly visible even if the regular class is nearly full — you stay in control of the trial/member ratio.

Prospect-side flow

1. Visitor lands on the public page.
2. Sees available slots (with remaining capacity).
3. Picks one, enters first name + last name + email + (optional) phone and age.
4. Gets a confirmation email immediately with date, location, instructions (dress, arrive 10min early, etc.).
5. Staff also gets a notification.

Guard-rails

Kimono auto-rejects a sign-up if:

• An active trial already exists for that email on that club (dedup).
• The slot is full.
• The slot is closed or inactive.
• The date is in the past.

The prospect sees a clear (and distinct) message for each case.

Use case — back-to-school campaign

You want 30 new kids in September.

1. Open 4 trial slots (Wed 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm) across 4 weeks.
2. Capacity: 8 per slot (= 128 seats available).
3. Share the link on Facebook / Instagram / Google Business.
4. Track sign-ups live under Trial classes → Registrations.

Customize the confirmation email

Under Organization → Email settings you can edit the template with:

• Your club logo.
• A YouTube intro video.
• GPS coords and a Google Maps link.
• A personal note from the owner.
