Which martial arts and combat sports are supported?
Kimono is designed for all martial arts and combat sports: karate, judo, taekwondo, MMA, boxing, aikido, BJJ, krav maga, kung fu, hapkido, capoeira, yoga, and more. Disciplines are fully configurable.
How does attendance tracking work?
Each member has a unique QR code. The instructor scans it with a phone or tablet to log attendance in seconds. Manual check-in is also available.
Can I manage multiple clubs or locations?
Yes, Kimono is multi-club. Manage multiple locations with separate rooms, schedules and members, all from one interface.
Are online payments secure?
Absolutely. Payments are processed by Stripe, a world leader in online payments. No card data ever touches our servers.
Can I import my members from an Excel file?
Yes, Kimono supports CSV/Excel import to migrate your existing data in a few clicks. Our team can also help with the migration.
Is there a dedicated member portal?
Yes, each member has access to their own portal: class schedule, attendance history, documents, grades and personal information.
How does trial class booking work?
You enable trial-open slots, and Kimono generates a public page (and an iframe code) you can embed on your website. Prospects sign up online and receive a confirmation email.
Does Kimono work on mobile?
