Software for Yoga studios

Kimono is the management platform for indie yoga studios: online class bookings, multi-session passes, subscriptions, attendance and communication. Your teachers focus on teaching, not on Excel.

What Kimono brings to your Yoga club

Online class bookings
Flexible session passes and subscriptions
Per-class attendance tracking
Practitioner portal with history

Manage your Yoga members

Each practitioner has a record: level (beginner, intermediate, advanced), preferred styles (vinyasa, hatha, yin, ashtanga), conditions to flag (back, pregnancy), primary teacher. Prenatal, restorative, ashtanga, vinyasa and kids groups stay separate.

Organize classes and schedules

Schedule classes by style, by level, retreats, workshops with a guest teacher and YTT trainings. Each class has its capacity — essential to limit the number of mats in the studio. Booking is required for practitioners, avoiding studio rushes.

Track attendance

Manual check-in by the teacher on arrival or QR per your flow. Per-practitioner stats surface those drifting away and enable personalized re-engagement. You also see which styles thrive and where to adapt scheduling.

Streamline the admin

Passes of 5 or 10 sessions, monthly and annual subscriptions with installments, retreat fees, multi-thousand-euro YTT trainings — all collected online via Stripe. Auto receipts and certificates. Email about workshops, closures and school holidays.

Why choose Kimono for your Yoga club

Kimono is built for the diversity of yoga studios: home-based indie, collective studio, teacher-training school. Visual restraint matches the yoga ethos. Free start up to 50 practitioners, no card. More on features or pricing.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know to get started with Kimono.

What software for a yoga studio?

Kimono handles online bookings, session passes, subscriptions, attendance, retreats, YTT trainings and communication. Suited to indie studios as well as teacher-training schools.

How do I sell multi-session passes?

Configure your passes (5 sessions, 10 sessions, monthly unlimited) with pricing. The practitioner buys from their portal, and the balance auto-decrements at each checked-in class.

Can I run prenatal or kids classes separately?

Yes. Create a prenatal group with its slots, pricing and filtered registrations (by age, by contraindication). Same for kids yoga.

Is there a grade system in yoga?

Yoga has no grades. Kimono offers customizable levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced), but no system is imposed.

Do I need to pay to start a small studio?

No. The free plan up to 50 active practitioners requires no card and stays free forever. Paid plans start at €39/month for larger studios.

Other disciplines

Kimono adapts to many related disciplines.
